In a usual glass, mix...

4 Tbsp /60 g white wine
.5 tsp paprika
.5 tsp salt
1 tsp yellow mustard
Pepper
1 chopped or grated garlic clove
1 tsp corn starch

Slice finely and add 100+g of pork to the marinade.

Slice and saute 1 small to medium onion in a frying pan with olive oil. Once the onions are soft and browning, add the marinated meat and cook until done.
