Jerk Chicken Sandwiches
Spices:
garlic
chili powder
thyme
allspice
soy sauce
brown sugar (1 tbsp)
black pepper
salt
cider vinegar

1 Cook chicken and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min., stirring occasionally.
2 Add spices, water (1/4 cup water to 1 lb chicken) and sugar; stir. Cover; cook on medium heat 7 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
3 Remove chicken from skillet. Shred with fork or chop into small pieces. Return to skillet; stir to coat with sauce.
