Put 1 tablespoon of plain gelatin in 4 oz of cold water to soak for five minutes, sprinkling powder on top of water evenly to avoid clumping.

Combine 3oz flavor syrup (64g carbs in 100ml syrup) with 1 oz cold water and 7 oz almost boiling water, add this to the soaked gelatin mix. Stir for two minutes, refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Made syrup from 200g sugar, then added water and food flavor up to 16oz. Can try using a quarter of it per batch of jello, in place of the 3oz flavor syrup and 1oz cold water.

2.5 minutes is too long in the microwave for 7 Oz if water, it boils before then. Maybe 2 minutes even?
