180 grams (almost 1 cup) sugar
4 ounces oil
2 eggs
2 cups (10 ounces) flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup (8 ounces) kefir, milk, yogurt, or sour cream

Combine sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl. Add to the egg mixture. Add kefir. Mix well (with a big spoon) until ingredients are combined.

Bake at 350° F or like 200° C for about 40 minutes or until it is cooked all the way through.
