Chicken soup

Chicken soup
1 small onion
1 medium carrot
1 or 2 celery stalks
1 garlic clove
1/4 pound of chicken
1 big pinch rosemary
1 big pinch thyme
2 big pinches parsley
1 small pinch turmeric
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 bay leaf
salt
water
3 handfuls of rice
lemon

dice the vegetables, chicken, and garlic
saute the onions and in a cast iron skillet
add and saute the chicken and garlic
add the spices, coating the ingredients
add the vegetables and rice
fill skillet ~2/3rds with water
add salt, bouillon cube, and bay leaf
cook 25-30 minutes until all ingredients are done
allow to cool 5 minutes
add lemon juice or lemon crystals before serving

tried with 2, 2, 3 and 1 big pinches of rosemary, thyme parsley, turmeric, but it was maybe a bit much

2 big pinches = 1 tsp
